A 2-IN-1 FREE FERTILIZER + PESTICIDE FOR PLANTS | WASTE DECOMPOSER MIRACLES

A 2-IN-1 FREE FERTILIZER

We will look into an almost free 100% organic fertilizer

Cum pesticide formula developed by the National Centre for Organic Farming, Ministry of Agriculture, Government of India. We will also show you how to make the most powerful DIY micronutrient loaded organic fertilizer using this product.

All that’s coming up! Currently. About 2 billion metric tons of waste are produced annually worldwide. And only about 5 percent of this is recycled for composting. This means the waste is not managed properly and instead either dumped or openly burnt which can be really biohazardous.

To problem, NCOF, ministry of Agriculture, India, developed a great product which is a consortium of micro-organisms, mainly azotobacter isolated from desi cow dung. So,  This is called WASTE DECOMPOSER. This is perhaps the world’s cheapest biofertilizer and biopesticide made to date.

This product comes in a bottle of 30 gms costing just 20 INR per bottle, that’s less than 20 cents for international viewers and you need to buy only once because you can easily reproduce or do mass multiplication of this product and use it repeatedly forever.

A single bottle of waste decomposer decomposes bio-waste of more than 10000 metric tons in just 30 days and this bottle has a shelf life of 3 years. This is unbelievable. So, Where to purchase this waste decomposer bottle? I can order online from the NCOF website or even amazon and these links are given in the description below.

International users can possibly import this product. Now let’s learn how to use Waste Decomposer? The first thing you should do is perform mass multiplication of waste decomposer. There is nothing sophisticated about it. It’s really a simple process.

I will show you step by step

Take a Large Plastic Barrel like this one, preferably a 200 liters container. You can take even 100 liters or whatever you have. Fill this drum with water. Now add 2 kilograms of Jaggery for 200 liters of water or 1 kilogram for 100 liters. This is the food for these microorganisms.

Now take 1 bottle of waste decomposer and pour all its contents. Make sure you avoid direct contact with its contents with bare hands. Mix it thoroughly using any stick or any pipe. Then cover the container with a cloth. You need to open this daily and stir the solution once in 24 hours.

After 5 days or max 7 days depending on the climate, this solution turns creamy which means now you have 200 liters of water decomposer ready to use. We will discuss the uses of this solution shortly. To restart mass multiplication, now you don’t need to buy a waster decomposer again.

After use, Just leave around 20 liters of this solution in the barrel and add water again, then add jaggery again and repeat the procedure to maintain this forever. Now let’s discuss The Various uses of this waste decomposer: 1. SEED TREATMENT: Simply spray or sprinkle waste decomposer solution uniformly over the seeds.

You can even soak the seeds if you are doing this on a large scale. This works on all types of seeds. Keep the treated seeds in shade for about 30 minutes and then plant the seeds. Seed treatment with waste decomposer shows 98% early and uniform germination and provides protection against various seed-borne diseases and also plays a role in strengthening the plant’s defense mechanisms.

2. FERTILIZER AND SOIL TREATMENT: Watering with waste decomposer solution significantly changes the biological as well as the physical properties of all types of soil within 21 days of application and it also helps to generate earthworm population in the soil which is so beneficial.

You can dilute the waste decomposer in a 1:2 ratio with water

Which is one part waste decomposer to 2 parts water, and water your plants once every 15 days or even once in a month. It is proven to control many soil-borne diseases in crops. 3. FOLIAR SPRAY: It acts as a potent biopesticide when sprayed on plants.

You need to dilute it to a 1:3 ration to use it as a foliar spray. This helps control a variety of fungal, bacterial, and viral diseases in crops when sprayed once in 10 days for 4 times in the growth cycle of a crop. 4. COMPOSTING: This is a compost accelerator and your compost will be ready within 30 to 40 days depending on the type of waste used for composting.

For the conventional pile method of composting, you need to sprinkle waste decomposer for every layer of compost and maintain the basics of aerobic composting like maintaining moisture, aeration by turning the compost pile, and stuff like that. You can check my 4 episode series on composting from a link in the description below.

If you do compost at home on small scale, you can sprinkle waste decomposer solution once or twice and get that compost ready within 30 to 40 days. Now, Let’s prepare the DIY micronutrient-rich organic fertilizer using this waste decomposer, as recommended by the national center for organic farming.

The basic principle of making this micronutrient fertilizer is: Adding foods that are rich in proteins, vitamins, and major and minor elements including Nitrogen, phosphorous, potassium, iron, copper, zinc, calcium, magnesium, boron, and so on.

Adding these into the waste decomposer results in the breakdown of these elements into soluble forms by the microorganisms, enzymes, and organic acids present in the waste decomposer. Well, now let’s prepare this fertilizer and learn how to use this for your plants.

First of all

Things You Need: We will prepare this in around 25 liters of waste decomposer solution. Do not worry too much about the quantity and overdosage. This is not a problem with organic fertilizers.

1. At least 3 varieties of Oilseeds like 100 gms each of sunflower seeds, mustard seeds, flax seeds, or any other like soya, castor oil seeds, nigella seeds, or any 3 varieties. 2. 3 varieties of Pulses or lentils of your choice like Red Lentil (Masoor Dal), Yellow or Green split gram (Moong dal), Bengal gram (Chana dal), You can also take Red gram (Arhar dal), Black gram (urad dal) and so on.

3. Some 4 to 5 old iron nails or any small pieces of junk iron stuff. 4. Some copper source – like some old copper wires extracted from wires lying in your junkyard or any old copper vessel if you have one. 5.

Firstly, powder these seeds and pulses, this helps in faster decomposition. Add these into 25 liters of waste decomposer. Now add iron nails, then copper wires, then the zinc source. Mix it well and leave it for 10 days. Do not forget to stir this once daily. After 10 days, your potent nutrient-rich organic fertilizer is ready.

So, How do we use this? You can use it in 2 ways. One, as a liquid fertilizer to water your plants and secondly as a foliar spray to instantly feed your plants through leaves stomata. For watering your plants, you need to dilute this to 1:5. That is one part of this liquid to 5 parts of water.

Whereas for foliar feed, you can dilute this to 1:10 and spray thoroughly on your plants including the undersides of your leaves, because the stomata or the leaf openings are more concentrated at the bottom side of leaves. So, there you have it. Please like, share, and comment below with your feedback and queries. Happy Gardening!

How to wellness trends and mental health therapy

How to wellness trends and mental health therapy

I will be sharing my top wellness trends

I love wellness healthy communities and I want to bridge the gap between wellness research and practice. Wellness as I defined in one is a dynamic, holistic, multi-dimensional process. There are many areas of our wellness that we need to keep in check.

I really really believe that in order for us to be healthy. Community starts from the individual level and as individuals. As a society as a community if we can all work towards balancing those different areas of our wellness by learning. With these new techniques and really learning purposefully and empowering ourselves and others, we can be in a much better place.

The motto of this channel is what I want to achieve from this channel. I also want to give a quick shout out to a special friend of mine from BC who is my OOTD and set ambassador. She gives me all the tips and tricks I need to pay attention to um with my hair, my outfits and my set So thank you so much, my little friend, uh You are awesome and I love facetiming with you and I love chatting with you.

In this episode, I will be sharing my favorite wellness trends that I think will gain momentum in the years to come. I will share my favorite wellness technologies that are out there. We’ll talk about what exactly a wellness sabbatical is and how can we take it if we’re not traveling. and I will give you one wellness shot at the end of the video.

What do you think are some of the common reasons that people don’t get mental health support? Stigma, time, cost, accessibility, availability? There’s a lot of reasons people don’t want to get mental health support I started dipping my toes into getting mental health care and support in my 20s. I tried it for the very first time in my 20s. I hated it.

It wasn’t something that I enjoyed at all

I did not enjoy the whole idea of it. I think I had my own stigmas about mental health care and support. It wasn’t until later on in my life when I hit rock bottom that I met someone who changed my life. That statement is an understatement if you can believe it because she definitely 100% did.

Fone is the days when you have to go. In the office, sit in a chair and have that conversation with your therapist. Thinking back to my 20s when I first did that it was so uncomfortable. It was really weird. Mental health innovation has completely changed the game on how you can receive therapy and how you can actually embrace therapy.

Which leads me to my very first topic of wellness technologies that are up and coming in 2020. Virtual therapy apps have blown up. I’m sure these ads have popped up on your Instagram page on your Facebook page and other social media. Talkspace BetterHelp and Amwell are apps that you can download on your phone they allow you to connect to a therapist from the comfort of your own home.

Now if therapy is brand new to you I say give it a shot and see what happens. I mean you’re not going to know unless you try it. And if you can do it from the comfort of your own home why not? I personally haven’t used those apps but if I can rewind back to my 20s when I had that very weird and comfortable first meet greet with my therapist from the back.

Then I would have actually quite enjoyed having the opportunity to you know.. connect with somebody over the phone in the comfort of my own home. The other wellness technology that is trending trending trending will be the mindfulness and meditation apps. There are so many mindfulness and meditation apps you guys, I don’t really need to tell you that.

Headspace and Calm have been around for several years now. I’ve downloaded both of them. I used both of them. If you’re a fan of basketball Lebron James partnered up with Calm and he had a “Train Your Mind’ series which was pretty awesome and very lit. And so if you want to learn about mindfulness and meditation from an athlete’s perspective I say get calm and try it out.

And the third one is wearable technology

I’m sure you guys all have your Fitbits and your Apple watches to monitor your step count. Your fitness levels but there’s also a wristband called “Feel”. The technology is out of the world and there are biosensors on the wristband that basically says how you feel and the information gets translated from the wristband. An app and then you can ask to answer a series of questions to identify what emotions you’re feeling.

And it also has the ability to connect you directly to a therapist if you need one immediately. I mean come on! That is unreal. This kind of technology was never available to me and to many of my peers you know 10 15 years ago but the fact that we have it is super cool.

How many of you guys have heard the word wellness sabbatical? I heard it a couple of years ago and when I think about the word sabbatical which I’m sure a lot of you the first thing that comes to your mind is professors and academics taking a year off to do research and travel the world. Sabbatical actually goes back to biblical times and actually relates to agriculture.

Every seven years for a whole year there is no cultivation so fields can recharge and rejuvenate and so can people. How awesome is that? A wellness sabbatical is an opportunity for you to recharge re-energize. And refuel and guess what you can take all of your devices with you.

This isn’t your all-inclusive lay on the beach

Get your wristband, and get your game on kind of a sabbatical. Nope. These wellness sabbatical programs are intended for you to still do your work but in a more beautiful and natural setting. There’s an exercise on the agenda, there are healthy foods on the menu. There’s an opportunity to meditate and much more.

Unfortunately, most of these wellness sabbatical programs are not available easily to us. You need to travel to India Malaysia, Spain, Portugal, and Europe and they’re kind of spread out in those areas. So what can we do today and now with these travel restrictions to still get? A wellness sabbatical but in the comfort of your own home?

So I understand that taking a month or three months or a year off to go on a wellness sabbatical may not be a luxury that a lot of us can take right now. All of our financial hardships and many other priorities that we have in front of us. So I’ve had to think about these some other creative ways that we can still continue. A wellness sabbatical without having to travel or really invest that time to be out of focus for too too long.

It is important to recognize that even though. We can travel or may have some limitations to take a number of months off to go on a longer sabbatical it is the work-life balance that is the critical point of this whole story. If you can find that work-life balance you’re not just surviving you’re going to be thriving.

And that is what you need in order to keep all of your wellness wheel areas in check. I think in my first video I had emphasized that we need to be practicing what we are preaching. I do that myself and in order for you to really be the high performer that you want to be you really need to take this pretty seriously.

The wellness shot of the week since this is the last episode of my September series I’m actually gonna give you two.. look at that hey? The first one is super duper simple. It’s gonna cost you anything. All you need to do is grab your favorite plant, grab your favorite scent. And make a little corner of your room your bedroom your living room your home office. Wherever you are as your wellness space.

So this can be your little space

Where you can work and relax and enjoy do your homework do your project work for your boss. Whatever that is but it allows you to be in a space that’s more comforting that’s more calming and that it’s just more relaxing. The second tip I want to give you is about getting the right therapist for obtaining mental health therapy.

Now with all these apps and technologies available. It might be really easy but also overwhelming to pick the right therapist. Most of the therapists do have a bio, some of them and therapists now even have Instagram accounts and Facebook accounts so you can check them out.

So do your research to find the right fit. It is literally like a jigsaw puzzle you need to find the right fit so you can both work together to get to the goals. I will help you be the best version of yourself. It important that you find the right fit . Because then you feel more comfortable that the cost of this adventure is actually worthwhile.

Now, most therapists these days have a sliding scale and offer a free maybe five or ten-minute meet and greet. I say take advantage of the meet and greets. It is really important that you find the right fit. And once you do that your therapy will not only be empowering and successful to you but the relationship. You build with your therapist will be an ongoing positive relationship.

Thank you so much for watching. Thank you to everybody who subscribed. I know there’s only a handful of you that have but I really appreciate all of that and I hope to see you in October. There may be a few changes to my set in October so I hope you look forward. Because I definitely will have something new and exciting to share. And more wellness stories and research to give you in October. I’ll see you then.

Bye! Thanks so much for sticking around. Subscribe and comment below and let me know if you’ve enjoyed this. Feel free to ask me questions and share this video with your peers.  Where we will get to talk more about wellness and work towards bridging the gap between wellness research and practice.

If Every President Took The Political Compass Test

Every President Took

It is almost certain that

You know about and have probably taken the Political Compass Test. Despite it definitely has many flaws, it remains one of the most popular websites to quickly see where one’s values and beliefs fit on a political spectrum.
The spectrum is based on two axes, a social one, and an economic one.

The social one ranges from authoritarianism/fascism to anarchy. The economic one ranges from collectivism/communism to libertarianism/liberalism. Two of my biggest criticisms of the test is 1) that every issue doesn’t fall neatly into just two spectrums, ok?

I think you need a lot of different spectrums. The 8values and 9axes tests do a better job simply because they offer more spectrums. And 2) the questions are just not the best They are often loaded and you can’t just give a neutral response- it lumps you into a box pretty quickly. Taking the Political Compass Test for every President.

And I get it, you gotta draw the line somewhere, but that’s one reason why every time I take the quiz I get different results. It’s also a mysterious test- no one knows who exactly runs it, but apparently it was created by a New Zealand political journalist named Wayne Brittenden. Some even speculate that it’s designed to make everyone think they lean libertarian.

Ok, so yeah, the test is far from perfect, and it probably won’t tell you where you really stand politically, but screw it. Let’s have some fun with this test, ok? anyway. I’m pretty much apparently now known as the American Presidents’ history dude on YouTube, so let’s say that every President in American history was actually able to take the Political Compass Test.

I think I know enough about each of the Presidents that

I may be able to pull this off. Emperortigerstar and I chatted about this, so I give full credit to him for the idea. Now, the Political Compass test folks did release this chart: And Trump, Obama, Bush Jr., Reagan, Washington, and Jefferson are on there, but just to be safe, I’m going to take the test again for them as well.

And yes, that would require that I take the Political Compass Test 44 times, pretending I am each of the 44 Presidents throughout American history. There are 62 questions on the test, and according to my calculations, that means I will be answering 2,728 questions. Ok…crap. I better get started.

I’m Mr. Beat. I think I already said that, at the beginning of the video. But yeah, hey! The bad news is, I haven’t slept much lately…but the good news. I have the results. Ellie, could you please put those up. No, click that right there…the PowerPoint. Yeah. It’s my cat, I’m still training her to help me out with these videos. Yeah, right there.

Yes. Thank you. Oh hey, could you maybe play some music as we run through these? There we go. (calming indie rock plays) So there you have it. Now as I pretended to be different Presidents taking the tests, it was quite clear that some of the questions were specifically geared toward what’s going on right now.

Take this question: It’s a sad reflection on our society that something as basic as drinking water is now a bottled, branded consumer product. Obviously, George Washington would have no freaking idea what bottled water was, so I had to imagine what George would think if he did know what bottled water was. That’s how I answered the question.

Oh, here’s another example

No broadcasting institution, however independent its content, should receive public funding. I mean, if Andrew Jackson DID know about PBS he probably WOULD have been against it. This question was also problematic for so many of them Mothers may have careers, but their first duty is to be homemakers.

Ok so I think many of the Presidents would not only not want mothers having careers but WOMEN having careers so that question was a particularly difficult one to answer. Most of them would likely be ok with marijuana legalization, but today that seems to be more of a left-leaning position. Here’s another pattern.

If Presidents were more ideological, I tended to put “Strongly Agree” or “Strongly Disagree” more, whereas if they were more pragmatic I tended to put just “Agree” or “Disagree” more. Again, I really wish there was a neutral option. There was one big trend that I just did not see coming.

And I guess I was naive here, but I predicted that most of them would lean libertarian due to all of them being, you know, AMERICAN, and valuing things like a limited government and democracy. But boy was I wrong. Most lean authoritarian. I did predict that more of them would lean to the economic right.

Free markets and capitalism and all that jazz have been a huge part of our culture going all the way back to the colonial era. Other surprises? Most of the left-libertarian results I did not see coming…especially Bill Clinton. Also, I honestly was very surprised to see Woodrow Wilson is way up here.

Perhaps I was too biased while answering questions pretending I was him

You know what? That’s probably where I should end this analysis. My own biases definitely affected how the perception I had of how each President would answer these questions. Plus, by the time I got to Herbert Hoover, I probably got a little sloppy answering these things due to fatigue.

Regardless, this was one of the most fun videos I have ever made. So I don’t care if I didn’t sleep. Hahahahahahahahaha But what do YOU think? Let me know which ones you disagree with. This video is once again sponsored by Newsvoice. Newsvoice is my favorite place to look at the news.

It’s a free app that is breaking people out of those news bubbles and is revolutionizing the news landscape. Which ones do you disagree with? Which ones do you agree with? Let me know in the comments below. Also, what is your favorite political ideology quiz, because I know the Political Compass Test is kinda lame these days. Alright, I’m getting pretty tired now. I think I’m going to go ahead and go to sleep.
